With the yoga sessions being only one ☝️ hour long, and once a month, maybe two, I wasn’t sure if yoga ?‍♀️ clothes were worth the investment. $25.00 to $30.00 for the shirt ? at the yoga ?‍♂️ studio, $25.00 for pants ?. Sounds like health plans are a bit stingy on how many yoga classes they will pay ? for in a month. Was limited to chair yoga anyway. This made the investment even less worth it. Wonder why they have limitations on their yoga. Keep it coming with the styles of clothes that come about every couple of weeks. A soft pair of sweatpants and a Y-back tank top are my favorite. I always went in jeans ? to my yoga ?‍♂️ class. Sounds like jeans ? were perfect ? for yoga limitations. Guess it’s sort of like my sarcasm about how limited their yoga ?‍♂️ was. Headstands, ?‍♀️ bow poses, plow poses, cobra ? pose. Variety is the word. These poses and many, many, many more. I wasn’t regretful to give my health plan up, since I had to change plans for dental care anyway. I’d probably have become more fitful about limited yoga ?‍♂️ had I attended from 2014 to 2020. I think ? I discontinued it in 2015, maybe very early 2016. Should just have done ✅ my own kind of yoga ?‍♀️ for $75.00 a month, and go every day if I want. By then, yoga ?‍♀️ clothes would have been well worth it.

Shoulderless for more movement but remember to shave armpits. Longs sleeve if the room is cold or if you want the teacher to be more wiling to correct you. Even though a teacher once encouraged shirtless in a heated room, I am not going to undress just like that. And I need protective clothing. I see men wear short shorts, long loose pants or leggings. The only ones who are serious longtimers are leggings guys or call it capris but not running tights. You don’t want zippers at your ankles. The apparrel you wear should allow movement while lifting your bent knee. And some “loose” clothes create tension. This means long lose pants are a no go. If you own a semi-proffessional mat which is rough you want protection for your skin. This means either bring a towel or avoid shorts. This leaves leggings and I so often hear wear shorts over. While I see the point I disagree that that is a realistic option. I never see any yogamen wearing shorts over. Because it is just an unnessecary extra added step. If you have time fine. And how about underwear? Yeah You covered nothing.
