Next day we visited chandni chowk again for some more shopping and i saw the same lehenga in another shop so i just asked the price and they said 26k after bargaining they agreed for 21k so i visited navya collection again to cancel the previous one or to give me the same in 21k. They didnt even listened and start yelling. The owner and all the staff started shouting at me and my finance and the owner even abused us and my mother also who was way older then him. Eventually we had to buy some other lehenga worth 11k (that too worthed not more than 6-7k) because we had already gave them 10k advance for the previously booked lehenga which they refused to return. They are just looting people by making these videos. So its a req if u dont want to waste ur hardly earned money like that. Please beware of them. The owner and the staff are very unhuman they abused my mother a 50year old lady. God will curse them.?
Their words were like “Ja chal nikal koi paise wapas nahi hoga na hi lehenga milega, chal ja bhag yha se” that too a old lady..

They couriered us wrong sarees. We went to this shop and purchased 5 lehengas and three sarees which they said would drop to our address. They dropped but out of three two sarees were cheap third quality different sarees. We told them to check and resend us which they denied. Though they promised us that they would send us cctv footage , they have not done that yet. We are taking police action against them.. very very disappointing!
