your jeans should always have a slight break. When you’re tailoring them, have the tailor measure the jeans so the bottom of the hem sits at the top of the sole. However, please note that slim/skinny jeans do not break the same way straight legs do.

+pkamvp I totally feel your struggle! I am 5’11 myself so I have the same issue when I am looking for jeans. I think you should invest in a nice luxury pair of denim. I am not sure what type of cut you are looking for but these are a skinny fit in a 37″ inseam! They run small though so if you are thinking about trying them out, order one size up! http://bit.ly/1TCiOCg ALSO, other brands to look into are AG and 7 for all Mankind, they both have 36 inseams in slimmer cuts.
