In reply to Bunnie Sinclair. Good for you to be making such progress. My brother had a ruptured disc so I cringe thinking about what you must go through. Take care of you first and I hope to hear how things go for you. This can seem like quite a process and a lot of work but it also seems to help me be motivated and make better use of my time when I do feel ok.
