Hey guys, finally showing you how I DIY Walmart men jeans into Mom jeans! This is how I tailor my jeans and it's a clothing hack I showed you on TikTok. I hope this video teaches you how to alter jeans! Not to mention this is such a boujee on a a budget project! Baggy mom jeans are such a trend right now and they can get a little pricey but I'm showing you how you can get the look using Walmarts mens George jeans! I am by no means a professional seamstress so please keep that in mind!

@maarifdoee I would love to know. The most important things these gals have to do is give their wait and height. If we’re close and ordering are clothes online that’s a real winner. Ordering jeans online is an enormous risk. It’s also important to remember that video ads about 10 lb.

!! Just a reminder you can do this with thrifted jeans! Fast fashion is really bad for the environment and refitting used jeans is a really cool way to make a difference! ( you can also get really good brands like Levi’s and wrangler for less than 10)!!
Edit- thanks for the likes, we love a sustainable sister

I’m sure the thrift stores also profit money. Basically every store is probably bad. Either fast fashion or money corruption. I do not donate to goodwill because they just resell and make more money off of it.

@mari steiner I am lower class but I am also a flipper, Honestly people are paying for the clothes themselves, maybe frequent the thrift store more if you have a problem with resellers picking up items. That’s how we pay our bills, it’s our business and our job. We aren’t going to stop picking up items… We sell to other people that can’t find these items at their thrift stores and we get money to feed our families.

boba tea This is a problem, I have gotten most of my clothes from second hand stores for all of my life. For the most part if people were to thrift one or two pairs of jeans over getting them at Walmart, I am fully supportive. But the biggest issue Is people flipping 20 pairs then them selling on Depop 😀

My dad gets his work jeans from Walmart and we went to buy some for him and they’re all gone!!! Now I know why lol girls are now taking over the guys section as well!πŸ˜‚πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

@Monica De Leon haha ur good! my waist is a 29in and my hips are 41in (so i rlly struggle w pants) and i usually get a 34in waist! my mom does this too & has a 31in waist and 43in hips and she gets a 34-36in depending on how baggy she wants it! & ofc the length u can pick depending on how long ur legs are but if ur going for the overall baggy look (i prefer this instead of β€œmom jean” look) i’d get them a lil longer. oh and George brand tends to be stretchier so they kinda sag throughout the day! so if they’re a lil right on the thighs i wouldn’t worry too much~ i hope this helped!

I’ve thought the same about some of the trendy jeans going around but we’ve got to get bigger sizes and sometimes they’re very hard to find but these comments really helped a girl out I appreciate it!πŸ₯Ί

it iss ! i am a size 10-11 and i have big hips lmao, i got a size 36×30 , i am 5’2 so they were a bit long but i fixed them up and fit nicely !! just go up on sizing since they do not stretch

  5. Rameen G

in case anyone was wondering im 5’8 and normally wear a size8(ae jeans) and i got a 32Γ—32 in carpenter style (fit good, a little loose on the waist) and 32Γ—32 in wrangler style(fit kind of on the tight side)
